Whole-life clarity for women in transition
Create a Life That Feels Aligned With Who You Are Now
Colleenelaine is a Life Alignment Coach who helps women understand how identity, relationships, health, career, finances, personal patterns, and environment influence one another—so the next step feels clearer and more intentional.
When life no longer feels like it fits
You may not need to start over. You may need to see the whole picture.
Feeling stuck does not always mean you lack motivation. Sometimes the person you have become no longer fits the roles, expectations, routines, or surroundings that once made sense.
A skilled Life Alignment Coach can help you slow the noise, identify what feels disconnected, and examine how different areas of your life may be affecting one another.
A clear definition
What Is Life Alignment?
Life alignment is a whole-life coaching approach that helps a person examine how health, relationships, identity, career, finances, habits, purpose, and environment influence one another.
The goal is not to create a perfect life. It is to recognize what no longer fits, clarify what matters now, and choose an intentional next step.
Unlike advice that focuses on one isolated problem, life alignment coaching considers the connected system around the concern. Burnout may involve workload, boundaries, identity, finances, family expectations, and the environment in which daily life is happening.
Clarity before action
When several parts of life pull in different directions, pushing harder can create more exhaustion. A Life Alignment Coach helps organize the picture before asking you to make major changes.

The House Remembers
Our homes can hold reminders of former roles, relationships, family expectations, life stages, unfinished decisions, and earlier versions of ourselves.
With 17 years of experience as a real estate appraiser and additional experience as a real estate agent, Colleenelaine developed a distinctive awareness of the relationship between people and place.
This does not mean a home determines your future. It means your surroundings may offer useful information about what you have carried, what still supports you, and what may be ready to change.
“Sometimes the space around us reveals what the pace of life has not allowed us to notice.”

Work With a Life Alignment Coach Who Sees the Whole Picture
Private Life Alignment sessions offer space to explore the concerns that brought you here and the connected areas that may be shaping them.
Sessions may be appropriate for women navigating burnout, identity changes, relationship patterns, career questions, home transitions, or a general sense that life no longer fits.
This is coaching, not psychotherapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial planning. Colleenelaine may recommend specialized professional support when a concern is outside the scope of coaching.

Life Alignment Coaching FAQ
What does a Life Alignment Coach do?+
A Life Alignment Coach helps clients examine how different parts of life influence one another, identify areas that feel disconnected, clarify priorities, and develop intentional next steps. The process is collaborative and does not replace licensed medical, mental health, legal, or financial care.
Is Life Alignment the same as therapy?+
No. Life Alignment is a coaching service focused on awareness, clarity, choices, and practical forward movement. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis care, or treatment for a mental health condition.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to change?+
No. Many people begin because something feels off but they cannot yet explain why. The first part of the process is organizing what you are experiencing and identifying where further exploration may be useful.
